These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of chipnutcalculator.com, including the Chipotle Nutrition Calculator, nutrition tables, comparison tools, articles, downloads, and related website features (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Independent Website

The Site is an independent informational project. It is not operated by, sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. or its affiliates.

References to Chipotle, menu items, and related names are used only to identify the restaurant/menu context being discussed. Third-party trademarks and product names belong to their respective owners.

Informational Use Only

The Site provides nutrition estimates, comparisons, educational content, and planning tools. It does not provide medical, dietetic, or healthcare advice; diagnose or treat any condition; guarantee exact restaurant serving values; place restaurant orders; process restaurant payments; or represent an official restaurant receipt or order confirmation.

Nutrition Estimates and Data Limitations

Calculations are based on the Site’s locally maintained dataset and calculator rules. Actual values may differ because of serving-size variation, restaurant preparation, substitutions, menu availability, limited-time products, light/extra/double portions, recipe changes, and differences between published serving values and an actual prepared meal.

Where a nutrient is unavailable in a reviewed source, the Site may display that value as unavailable rather than assume it is zero.

For strict dietary needs, allergies, medical conditions, or final nutrition decisions, consult current official restaurant information and an appropriate qualified professional where necessary.

No Professional Relationship

Use of the Site does not create a doctor-patient, dietitian-client, nutritionist-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship.

Permitted Use

You may use the Site for lawful personal, educational, and informational purposes.

You may not interfere with Site security or operation; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malware or automated abuse; violate applicable law or another person’s rights; misrepresent Site content as official Chipotle content; or commercially exploit substantial portions of Site-owned content/software in violation of applicable law or our rights.

Ordinary search-engine crawling and legitimate linking to public pages are not prohibited.

Saved Builds and Browser Storage

Where available, Saved Builds are designed to be stored locally in the visitor’s browser/device. The Site does not provide user accounts or server-side synchronization for Saved Builds.

Clearing browser data, changing devices, private-browsing behavior, browser restrictions, or software changes may cause saved builds to be lost. We do not guarantee permanent availability or recoverability of locally stored builds.

User Communications

If you contact us, report a correction, or submit feedback, do not submit confidential medical records, passwords, payment-card information, or other highly sensitive information through general Site forms.

Intellectual Property

Except for third-party names, trademarks, source materials, and other third-party content, the Site’s original software, layout, written content, graphics, data organization, and other original materials may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
